Our Customer Service Team will arrange for a smooth exchange process for you.

Refund:

We have no policy for refund, only requests for exchanges are accepted, Cash and Credit refunds are not applicable.

Exchange Policy: 

1) We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags within 7 Days of purchase for an exchange.

2) If you wish to exchange any product, please complete the Exchange Form (can be found in the Flyer) and include it with your return shipment.

3) Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address. ( R 308, Block-H, Sheet-86, Saima Arabian Villas)

4) Delivery Charges will not be refunded.  

5) The items must not be worn, damaged, or washed. If we find any defect or issue in the returned article which hasn't been communicated before by the customer, the exchange will be REJECTED.

5) There will be a Rs.100 charge for your exchange parcel delivery.

6) No exchange will be entertained for items with Minor Faults, Last Piece and Clearance Sale items.
